Who this is for
This is for you if you:
- are working on weight loss, with or without a GLP-1 medication
- want to keep your strength and muscle while your body changes
- feel unsure how to combine strength training with eating less
- are new to lifting weights and want guidance on form
- want a plan built around your schedule and your energy
How we keep strength at the center
In coaching, muscle preservation during weight loss is built on everyday habits: regular strength training, meals that support your training, rest and recovery, and patience with the process. Coaching helps you turn those ideas into a routine you can actually follow.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I teach strength exercises with attention to form and mechanics, and progress them at a pace that respects your body. As a health coach, I help you with the habits around them, so strength stays part of your routine.
What working together looks like
We look at your current routine, your goals and any guidance from your healthcare team, then build a strength and habits plan that changes as you progress.
