High praise for Robyn! I have used her for both health coaching and personal training. Before starting, there was a feeling of intimidation, lack of motivation and uncertainty about abilities. From the start, a welcoming and supportive environment was created. Her approach balances challenge with compassion; she knows when to encourage and when to listen. There have been major improvements in strength and health, and a healthier relationship with exercise has developed. I can’t thank her enough for her flexibility and support, and for helping realize full potential.
